Refunds & Cancellations

Devournal Pro is priced low enough that I'd rather you join without worrying. Here's exactly when money comes back.

The 14-day window

If Pro isn't for you, email me within 14 days of your first payment and I'll refund it in full — no interrogation. The one exception is if you've already downloaded a meaningful chunk of the paid archive or project files in that window, since at that point the digital goods have been delivered. In practice I'm generous about this; just be straight with me.

Monthly plans

The monthly plan ($12) renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep access until then. Part-months aren't pro-rated, because a month of a $12 plan isn't worth the accounting.

Annual plans

The annual plan ($110) is a full year up front. Cancel in the first 14 days for a full refund under the window above. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal but the current year isn't refunded pro-rata — you keep access through to its end date. If something on my side goes badly wrong for an extended stretch, write to me and we'll work out something fair.

If something's broken

If a download is corrupt, a members' link is dead, or you were charged twice, that's on me to fix. Tell me and I'll repair the access or refund the difference quickly — those cases aren't limited by the 14-day window.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your membership, tell me the plan and roughly when you joined, and a one-line reason if you feel like sharing it. I review requests within five working days, and send eligible refunds back to the original payment method. This policy doesn't affect any statutory consumer rights you have under Lithuanian or EU law.
